Bed Bugs
November 5, 2017Holiday Garden Apartments Bed Bugs!!!! These apartments are infested with bed bugs. The old owner knew about it. And the new owners know about it too!! ( it has been discussed with them by several tenants!!!) They let you move in. They don't tell you anything. There is a "Bed Bug Clause" in the lease. If you get them, they are not responsible!! If you ask them about the clause, they lie to you!! 6-8 months after you move in. Your stuff becomes infested. After throwing away most of your ...antique furniture. Replacing mattresses, cushioned furniture. And paying 2,000$ for pest control. you realize. you still cant get rid of them. Because the whole building is infested. They keep coming in from heat pipes, vents, etc.... Probably brought in from the crack dealers, street people. That frequent the apartments. If you move in here, prepare to have your LIFE DESTROYED!! September 8, 2015I have to admit that I took this apart for the size. A one bedroom apartment @ almost 900 square feet. But it looks old or dated. In January I would have liver here for four years and they have done nothing. The cabinets look like that have been here since the building was built. The bath room and the toilet are both so little little I cant invite a person bigger than myself because they may not be able to get up. The carpets are old you can see through to the floor, not in my apartment. They ...put cheep buerber carpet in my apart the some shoes literally pull up whole row of string up. I am sure they are going to take it out of my deposit. The closets are nice. I am going to miss these closets. They have never put anything new in the apartments, the air conditioner is so old but it works.. I went 8 months last year without a working oven. They had someone from the company come out and told them that they no longer make the part to fix the stove. After another month for them they brought me a stove from another apartment. August 14, 2015I have been here 12 years Always have had great neighbors. The building is secured need a key to get in main entrance. Always have issues addressed in a very timely manner! Close to quiet little town with plenty of places to eat and little businesses to shop but also close to bigger stores. Have loved every year here!!Review from Apartments.com
