Worse management company ever
June 20, 2023I'm not even gonna get into the condition of the apartment when we moved in. The biggest problem is Triumph Management. They refuse to do their job, I never even got my security deposit. There's a lot better apartments nearby, just don't go to this one.Property Manager Responded

Terrible Management
February 16, 2021I lived here for a little over 4 yrs. I had a cute studio with loft set up. There’s great storage within the unit. I loved my unit. Only downside was no AC which on those extreme hot days even being close to the beach, it was hard. The criticism is only for the management company. They are a mess. You’re lucky if you move into a clean upgraded unit (I didn’t and it was FILTHY upon my move in day...I’m talking long black hair in the carpet, food in the corners of the kitchen, and cobwebs of the ...loft). Also they are THE WORST AT NOTIFYING YOU 24 HRS IN ADVANCE OF ENTRY TO YOUR UNIT. Like no notification and when you ask about it cause you see things appear in your unit with no explanation, they claim the wind blew the notice off the door. Please... October 7, 2019Cons - Hard to exit building when driving. You always must turn right and U turns are not easy on Jefferson. Getting in you will often have to make an illegal u turn over double yellow lines. Its a hassle. Noise. Jefferson is loud. No way around it. Elevator breaks monthly. I'm sure is a calculated cost trade off. Pay a lot and fix it correctly or save money and put a band aid on it. Pros - Good location. Movie theater, restaurants, whole foods are short walk away. Rent is slightly lower for ...this area. Apartment Repairs. They seem to do a good job fixing and being responsive when things break in my unit. Great commuter beach location!
September 2, 2015there are apartments ranging from studios to 2 bedroom with loft. We have a 2 bedroom loft, 2 balconies in the front and a great top patio from the loft. Plenty of storage throughout the apartment along with walking closets in both bedrooms. Peaceful morning coffee on the upper patio and lots of action out front. We have a nice laundry room, ping pong and pool tables, a little out of date workout room, BBQ area and a jacuzzi. Secured access and the tenants have all been very pleasant. We have ...underground parking spaces and everything seems very secure. Location, location, location...we are close to the new theatre, whole foods, CVS, the 405 is just a few blocks away and you can jog, bike or walk to the beach just 2.5 miles on the trail. Close to Manhattan Beach, Marina Del Rey, Venuce Beach and Santa Monica Pier for night life and great food. There is a lot of construction in 2015 across the street so a little messy during the day, dust, noise and traffic. Good location but poor management.
August 22, 2015Club Marina is located in the heart of Silicon Beach of Los Angeles and it has easy access to the FWYs and walking distance to the shops, restaurants and grocery store. The one bedroom units are spacious and comes with laminate floors. Pros: - Location - Walkability - 2nd Parking Spot Option - Laundry on-site - Affordable Cons: - Bathrooms are located in the bedroom - Lacks air circulation - Management does not care about the maintenance of the property. The community areas are run-down, ...the gym has equipment since the Reagan Administration and the hot tub is less than inviting and more like enter-at-your-own-risk. - Cleanliness, or lack-there-of - Needs remodeling - And did I mention the management? It takes forever to have something fixed.
