If you are looking for a place that is good at taking care of property and the needs of theirresidents, this is not the place. Unit has been without AC for a few days now, and will be out until Wednesday during the Summer.

This is my last month at the Club at Coldwater springs. I am wrapping up to head to the west coast to help my family. I have to say its been a great experience. if I had to go back 3 years and do it all over again I would still pick this particular place! I didn't have any issue with anything and if I needed or required something I would call or email them while I was at work and they took care of everything before I got home. there was rent increases throughout the years but to be honest with ...
