September 16, 2024The place is beautiful, but horribly ran. It's almost impossible to get in touch with anyone here, as they rarely ever answer the phones and close early daily. It's taken months to get the recertification done, as they nitpick for every single piece of information they can get from you. One of the ladies at the leasing office is horrible. Every time I went in there, I waited well over 30-45 minutes, while she completely ignored me. Never move into a Concord Rents facility. POOR MANAGEMENT AND MAITENANCE
May 6, 2022It's going to be a year since we moved in and from the beginning, we noticed lack of care and maintenance. If you like to live surrounded by garbage, heavy noise by the construction right next to your window, pollution and crime, this is your place! The place does not deserve any star specially with the rent they charge, an amount changing every month it's not worthen!Review from Apartments.com
