I love the peace of mind I get living at Cobat Ridge, knowing no matter the issue or problem you have, they’re going to fight and do their best to fix it. I was even very kindly taught how to (partially) fix a dishwasher if the same problem were to happen to it again, and I know what to do now if it happens. I encountered several appliance issues when moving in, all of which were quickly and successfully fixed. I have peace of mind that I’m living in the right place, and that this is the ...
apartment complex for myself and my doggie. BTW, no hassle over my dog’s ESA papers whatsoever; any fees were immediately deducted and my dog is allowed in with no rent! I can’t believe how lucky I am to have received an upgraded apartment at a really decent price, right on the corner with a small but perfect front patio. Don’t skip over Cobalt Ridge because a few people rated it badly. They even allow 7 FREE guest passes; if the person stays there frequently, you can add them to your lease and they can buy a permit. Cobalt ridge is okay wish maintenance was a lot better and should not be charging a cleaning fee to old tenants if they are not going to clean for the new tenants

The units themselves are clean, spacious, well-lit and completely comfortable. The grounds are routinely well kept. Maintenance team is responsive. The caliber of tenants is a mixed bag, but this is true everywhere and unavoidable.
