January 5, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI have been pleasantly surprised with everything that cobalt has to offer. The apartment was clean (not like a crew came in by any means, but just from the last tenants), had new carpets laid down, and we were in the location we wanted for our apartment! After the first 2 weeks, maintenance is VERY timely with their visits and fix anything we need them to. The clubhouse is equipt with lots of resources for the residents and the shuttle is amazing for students!!Property Manager Responded
