I love the porch swing I almost fell asleep on it. Very nice and roomy but I wish they had the hot tub on all year long so it’s available in winter

I have been pleasantly surprised with everything that cobalt has to offer. The apartment was clean (not like a crew came in by any means, but just from the last tenants), had new carpets laid down, and we were in the location we wanted for our apartment! After the first 2 weeks, maintenance is VERY timely with their visits and fix anything we need them to. The clubhouse is equipt with lots of resources for the residents and the shuttle is amazing for students!!

House and community area are nice but residents are questionable and some amenities are outdated or hard to use. Picking up trash on time is a rarity and management is lazy. I despise the automated Sam phone answering system.
