of how much you are paying in the "downtown area". The one true problem is the fraternity that is right next door to the complex. The complex has arranged some deal with them that they get most of our guest parking leaving no spots for actual resident's visitors. I am partially convinced that the fraternity actually bought the complex when they bought the property their house is on, but that's another story entirely. The fraternity is slowly taking over the complex, but good news is they really are not that disruptive, but the few times a year that they are it is nearly unbearable. I am going to stay here unless the noise issues escalate much more. Tip: pick an upstairs corner unit, or something close to one if you can, those are the quietest ones.
