Terrible apartment......

We've been residents in Cobblestone for almost 4 years. The only thing that the admin cares most is the parking space. Even though you have designated parking space your vehicle will be towed away if you forget to hang the parking tag . There's no leasing office so the only way that we could complain the apartment issues is sending emails or texting the admin. We did ask for the garbage truck to pick up the trash once or twice more per week because it smells really bad especially at night time ...
with bedroom windows open as our unit is close to the garbage bins. However , the cobblestone administration office ignores our complaints . Our kitchen light bulbs have burnt out and we asked for someone to replace them for us as the ceiling is really high. But the admin assistant told us to fix it ourself... There are no remote gates here so anyone can get into and walk around the community.
