March 11, 2020I don’t know where to start. Office managers come and go. They are bias and the complex has to many tenants thinking they run the show. I moved in my apartment last year and within 3 days my downstairs neighbor comes and says I’m too loud. For one I was still moving and two “who does that”. My nightmare started then because she has since then harassed and threatened me and my office manager or corporate office won’t do anything about it. Called the police and filed a restraining order and the ...corporation still wants me to stay in my lease and breaking it. I have been giving two noise violations from my kids literally walking. Lol this apartment complex is a complete joke. Apartments are nice but not worth the complaining neighbors that forget they live in an apartment not a house. Absolutely the worst
November 2, 2019From manager to maintance to paid off tenants,, this place is like jail the tenant that's paid and Tells get to break all the rules, bed bugs snakes. Neighbors taking pictures of kids turning it in to office. I wouldn't recommend a homeless person to move here even if they offered you free rent. I would not recommend
September 26, 2019You do not want to live here. The Apartments are nice the location is perfect. The rules are non sense. There are visiting hours for you to have company, Once a visitor had been in your unit for more than two days you must take there ID to the rent office and request a visitors pass, you can not smoke in your unit only in designated areas, your kids can not bounce balls it disturbs other residents, there is an inspection every 6weeks. Mandatory and trust me they are there on time for inspection. ...The walls are dry paint no gloss so they are very easily to stain and you are not able to wipe the walls because you will wipe off the paint. But let management tell it all you need to do is take a rag and plain water and that will remove the stain. Yeah right!! That definitely didn't work. Let's just you could lose a place to live over some non gloss dry paint walls. They are way to strick and it's not a comfortable living environment for the amount you have to pay. Don't move here
November 9, 2018I think this is a rehabilitation center,drugs, smoking and drinking all day all over, no one works here so this is what everyone does all day it suppose to be a non smoking complex at any given time or day you will walk through weed, cigarette smoke. manager on site twice a week after six months of not having one you apply for a 3 bedroom you get stuffed in a 2 with promises of being accomadated in a month never do. Worst place to live
October 16, 2018Too many rules. Everyone complain about every little thing. You pay rent just for everyone to dictate what goes on in your apartment. They believe every compliant they receive. The people are terrible and wasn’t obviously well looked into before being able to move in. These apts are worst then living in the projects. You get what you pay for
October 14, 2018Even though the apartments are affordable, it’s Really not worth it. These apartments are nice however, you have your maintenance issues that don’t get resolved in a timely manner. You can hear you neighbors beside you full conversation. I think they rent these apartments out to just anyone so, if you have children be cautious. As for the residuthat already reside here. Some of them don’t watch there children outside. They are all over the place rising Walmart grocery buggies through the parking ...lot as though they are at an amusement park. June 16, 2018No one in office full time , phone rings constantly , 6 week inspections , stickers on cars for parking , maintenance issues not handled properly , options to pay rent online or mail to Fayetteville . No pool. Close to many restaurants and stores. Issues with receiving mail due to the complex being new.Review from Apartments.com
