Dirty and bugs everywhere
November 6, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comWe moved into our apartment with it smelling like cigarette smoke and there were cockroaches everywhere. Maintenance takes a long time to come out as well as the big spray service. There is never any parking for guests or if you have more than one car. Also, don’t expect to get your deposit back because they will still use it for “cleaning services”, even if you clean your apartment.Property Manager Responded

June 20, 2018 - Review from Apartments.comTHIS PLACE IS AWFUL DO NOT MOVE HERE. First off yes there are scorpions everywhere my apt would have 3-4 a week they come "spray" but that doesn't kill scorpions but I do feel like they did what they could to rectify the issue however definitely don't come here if you have kids. I never had issues till Shelly became the manager. Since then its been nothing but problems she is an absolute bully. There is no parking at all which I don't complain about im just letting you know don't be fooled by the ...parking up front for new residents and the 6 spaces used for mail parking only you cant park here or they will tow your car which happened to my boyfriend once $150 later still didn't complain sorry we didn't want to walk from the other side of the complex with young kids . But on to other things some kids in the complex went in to the office and stole some coffee cops so what does Shelly do She serves all the parents of kids in the complex 10 days notices to move. My son wasn't even in the office I could be here all day but im telling you run they lock your account out all the time Shelly is awful I hope the owners start reading the reviews she needs to goRead More

The neighborhood is very nice and very clean way better than any other apartment in Avondale! I looked into living there but now I'm just waiting to see if the time is right to move in there or not. Not so Luxurious
August 24, 2015 - Review from Apartments.comMoving here to Avondale AZ, from New Mexico was necessary, but it was very important that my Husband & I found the right place to start out journey. When we came out to Coldwater Springs to fill out paperwork, car loaded with our little one and most of our belongings, we found there was much more paperwork to be filled than previously told. Our first night there, we discovered glass all over the carpet. Our dishwasher was replaced once, the dryer needed fixing, the washing machine's turn-nob ...was jammed and had to be replaced. The garbage disposal was replaced. The plumbing in the sink had to be CLEANED out, the shower head was replaced and we've had several wasps nests show up on out back patio. We have neighbors from all over the country , because 80% of the population here consists of UTI college students. No one will tell you they've enjoyed their stay here. The pools are dirty, they don't enforce strict "pet cleaning" rules, there's trash in all of the bushes and the native Arizonians are RUDE. We YET have to experience a good time out here, especially at these "Luxury apartments" that aren't so luxurious. Don't be fooled by pictures and "decent" reviews.Read More

The office staff are always there to help with a smile. They are personable and understand. The events they hold are always a blast to attend just like attending a neighboring get-together. Living here has been nothing but a positive experience and I plan to spend many more years here.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating to my needs, since I was coming from out of town. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable, with washer and dryer located within the apartments, (convenient). The staff is readily responsive to any maintenance needs and other issue, that may arise. The grounds are neatly kept. Location to the freeway ...is less than five minutes. There are a variety of stores, that are close for convenient shopping. The staff here is wonderful. They have been timely with all of our requests and have been there to answer all kinds of questions along the way. The grounds are well kept with two swimming pools, multiple gas and coal grills, a 24 hour fitness center, a business center, and even free tanning! All at no extra cost.
