Management great
September 21, 2023I lived in this complex for 10 years. I had the 1 bedroom large. Management was awesome, especially Michelle. Whenever i had any issue it was taking care of. Certain neighbors were great. Only issue, once rent started getting too high it just didnt feel the price match the place: no balcony/patio, no fitness area, no community area. No place to sit outside your place and enjoy the weather. I would go backReview from Apartments.com
Bug issues
May 1, 2023The apartment has a bug problem that the landlords don’t take seriously. My apartment is filled with crickets, spiders, centipedes, ants, and beetles. I even have to keep pest traps out constantly to help with the problem. The leasing office assured me there was no way pests could get in as they had an exterminator check. For the price just look elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

August 17, 2015Colebrook Apartments in Lancaster County. Very quiet and the efficiency apartments are reasonably priced compared to others in this nice area. Swimming pool, tennis court, picnic area and walking not to mention a creek with ducks. I like it here for the outdoor beauty too. The efficiency apartments might have a waiting list but you need to ask manager. I'm sure other larger apartments for families are available. Neighbors are nice but I cannot give a review for the larger apartments.Review from Apartments.com
