I love my apartment that’s 5 Stars even if it’s not “perfect”. The disappointing part is when I asked about a major amenity - the beautiful pool and area, I was told first week of June it would ready to enjoy, it will be the first week of July soon and still no pool access. It’s summer time in Las Vegas and zero pool access is very upsetting. The pool has been inaccesible since last summer 2025. Also, the “security gate” for Jones residents has not been repaired (I was told) in over a year. ...
Another problem that was told would be fixed “in a week” but I have been moved in a few days from a month now. Time will tell if they are truthful or not.

They advertise a beautiful pool. Just to be told after move in that it will be open in the future such future that never comes. It should be empty so that people know noone will ever use it again. It exists to lure people in.

Have enjoyed living here so far everything is close to my apt so that’s nice and the setup for the apartments I like. Just wish there was more parking spots and that the dog park was more clean

The unit itself is nice. It is relatively peaceful as well. The constant barrage of people's furniture items being stacked for weeks next to the dumpsters is trashy. Also, people not picking up their dog's waste and it is sitting near your entry to the apartment with flies all around is pretty bad as well. Trash being left in our walkway for days at a time is also bad. All this gives the complex a bad look.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the communication on behalf of the office staff and the apartment agents . We are constantly told that the amenities such as the pool and gym are under construction or being serviced so they are unavailable. The pool was the main reason I chose this apartment complex out of all the sites I toured, however we were not able to enjoy the pool this summer as the hours were extremely scarce being open only a few days this summer. In addition, there are signs everywhere ...
that state the pool is open 24/7 however staff were locking out residents at 6pm although we were not aware of the schedule prior . 6 pm is when the sun goes down and is when we can hop in. The gym is another example of extremely limited hours . For example, the schedule was 10am -6pm. Since we live in a city where some of us work evening , graveyard or early morning shifts , there wasn’t an opportunity to get an early workout or late workout . This is extremely misleading & frustrating.

Great spacious place to live. It is safe and in a safe neighborhood. Move in was a breeze. Great staff and I like the rewards system. I made a decision to move here based on space, affordability, proximity and cleanliness.

Paying for amenities that’s not available is diabolical and the parking sucks. Residents park in your spot or save the parking for other cars.
