I cannot recommend Collins Lofts based on my experience. After moving out, I was owed a security deposit refund. I was repeatedly told the check had been mailed, then informed it was likely sent to the wrong address. Later, I was told a stop payment had been placed on the original check and that a replacement would be issued or made available for pickup.
