Out of all the various apartment complexes in the area, Colonial Court in my opinion is the best in terms of pricing, location, amenities, pet friendliness and quality of life. Colonial Court has an established management team dedicated to quality of life and excellence, and who has not taken shortcuts in the needs of their tenants. If you are a good tenant who follows the rules, and does not cause trouble, I highly recommend Colonial Court.

Moving to Colonial Court apartments was the best decision I could have made. I'm 42, and this is my starting over apartment. I wanted somewhere safe, clean, and quiet, Colonial Court has acceded all of my expectations! The leasing office, Christian, Sue Ann and Gary have been incredibly kind and attentive, wonderful people to work with. I get to call this beautiful complex home, I'm so grateful for that, everyday.

Rent increases are out of hand for us on fixed income. Would rather choose my own internet carrier. It would be cheaper. Do not like the smart thermostat.

I signed my lease in August and dropped off my belongings at that time, but due to travel and wrapping up a prior lease out of state, I didn’t officially begin staying here until September. I also travel frequently for work, so I’m just now fully settling in. That said, I really love living here.
