Bed bugs

Moved in and took over lease as is, lady who lived here before completely trashed the place, brought exterminator in who found roaches and bed bugs(i have pics from when i moved in to back this up) and now they are trying to hold me responsible for the cost, and thats not explaining all the other issues the place has...

My husband and I have lives here for 3 years now, we considered moving but we love the location way too much. The rent is very do-able. People here are also so nice. We have never had any problems while living here. Went from a one bedroom to a two bedroom and I am very thankful that they do student discounts because I am full time in school and it helps a lot. Friendly staff, just an all around great place to live.
