October 16, 2025Great place to live! I’ve had a really good experience at Colonial Plaza Apartments. I’ve been living here for the last 5 years, and it’s been an amazing experience. The management and maintenance teams are friendly and responsive — any issues are handled quickly. The area feels safe and peaceful, and the neighbors are respectful. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well maintained. I also appreciate how close it is to stores, restaurants, and other conveniences. September 12, 2025I have had a wonderful experience living at Colonial Plaza Apartments. The location is great, and the community is peaceful and quiet. I always feel safe here, which is really important to me. The new front office staff have been very positive and welcoming, making any interaction a pleasure.
