March 2, 2026I’ve only been here about half a month, but so far my experience has been really positive. The community is clean, quiet, and feels very safe, which was important to me when choosing a new place to live. The neighbors I’ve met have been friendly and welcoming, and there’s already a strong sense of community. I’ve noticed the complex also hosts community events, which is a nice touch and shows they care about creating a connected environment for residents. Another major plus is the location — ...it’s close to some of the best shopping centers and great places to eat, so everything you need is just minutes away. December 30, 2025Living at Colonial Plaza in Shreveport has been a great experience. The location is perfect—close to shopping and dining, yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat. The grounds are always well-kept, and the apartments are spacious with plenty of natural light. The management and maintenance teams are professional and very responsive, which makes living here stress-free.
