December 30, 2025Living at Colonial Plaza in Shreveport has been a great experience. The location is perfect—close to shopping and dining, yet quiet enough to feel like a retreat. The grounds are always well-kept, and the apartments are spacious with plenty of natural light. The management and maintenance teams are professional and very responsive, which makes living here stress-free. October 16, 2025Great place to live! I’ve had a really good experience at Colonial Plaza Apartments. I’ve been living here for the last 5 years, and it’s been an amazing experience. The management and maintenance teams are friendly and responsive — any issues are handled quickly. The area feels safe and peaceful, and the neighbors are respectful. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well maintained. I also appreciate how close it is to stores, restaurants, and other conveniences.
