March 6, 2024Tengo 2 años aproximadamente viviendo en estos apartamentos hace 4 meses m mudé a unos de tres habitaciones hemos tenido muchos inconvenientes de los cuales no han sido solucionados entre ellos nuevamente se rompió una tubería q hasta hoy cae agua en mi baño ya no sé a quién acudir porq en las oficinas ni por correos electrónicos nos dan solución.Review from Apartments.com
Terrible
June 7, 2021Terrible management. Maintenance takes forever to fix things mostly because they're constantly firing all their maintenance staff. Large groups of unsupervised kids run out in front of cars in the parking lot and trash the place- literally leaving trash everywhere on the grounds and dumping trashcans. There's no limits on the amount of cars. The people above us have 4 cars, the people below us have 4 cars and a work truck and another tenant have 3 cars and that's just in our building, not ...counting the other tenants that live there, so good luck finding any parking spot near your apartment. Last year police had to be called multiple times a week because of children who didn't even live in the apartments causing trouble- threatening to shoot people, checking cars to see if they're unlocked, taunting the other unsupervised kids and all management said was there was nothing they could do. Love it
December 19, 2018I absolutely love living here. If I have ever had a problem maintenance is here same or next day working on it. The people in the office are very friendly! Also I have never had any issues with theft or heard any of my neighbors talking about it. Also my apartment is really nice, they put in new carpet and appliances before I moved in and of course a fresh coat of paint!Review from Apartments.com
Great place
October 29, 2018My wife and I have been living here for a few months and so far everything has been great. I’ve had a few maintenance request and they have been taken care of in a timely manner. I had an issue at another one of their properties that was very frustrating but they got us taken care of and we are very happy with management at this point. No place is perfect but I feel like current management tries they’re best to address issues or concerns. Give them a try.Property Manager Responded

Bed bugs
April 5, 2018Started down with stairs neighbors always moving in and out one of my other neighbors next to me told me they were moving cause they had bed bugs and then I got them they charge a cool $1,000 for treatment that doesn’t work.Property Manager Responded

Great place to call home
February 19, 2017I love it here! The residents are down to earth and very friendly. The office staff is very friendly as well. My apartment has been perfect. There's things here and there that are a little "worn" but that's just expected when you rent. I have never had to call maintenance for anything except for the first week we moved in and we have two months left of our lease now. I would stay here as long as I could but unfortunately we have had some financial set backs and must find a cheaper apartment ...complex. Oh and it's also great if you have a dog because they have a little dog park to take your dog to get some energy out! Very pet friendly place. September 5, 2015Although kind to potential tenants, staff seems overworked. Although spacious, units appear poorly maintained. Tenant issues could be managed better with adequate quantity of staffing. It appears behind the scenes management executives or owners are more interested in making money than having a quality reputation. This is not a four star complex.Review from Apartments.com

July 27, 2015Don't let the spacious floor plan or central air fool you, the only thing these apartments have going for them is location. They are within walking distance of Valley West Mall and right on a bus route. Unfortunately, the cons outweigh the pros here. The management hours vary constantly. The washer and dryer in the building work some of the time. If you like spending $800 a month for a convenient location and not much else, you might like it here.Review from Apartments.com
