      Colonnade is an amazing place to be surrounded by. Knowing you are in a safe/clean area surrounded by so many wonderful places to eat and shop is a huge plus. Working with Taylor in the leasing office made our whole process smooth and she was absolutely fantastic. If it wasn’t for her we probably wouldn’t have signed our lease on the spot.       If you are looking for an affordable, yet good experience, I would recommend living here. It really depends on your neighbors you have, but if you live near the 000-099 areas, you can expect for minimal disturbance from neighbors. As far as the maintenance concerns go, there are mostly no issues. If there are, they get quickly addressed.

      The property is poorly maintained. The landscaping is neglected and overgrown. There is dog poop everywhere. Management refuses to address tenants who allow their dog's to bark all day and night. Parking is a nightmare!
