June 19, 2025I’ve been in 3 diff units in this complex - overall it’s been good, but I’ve also had horrible experiences with water leaks. Apt are NOT new so the water leaks I can’t blame the management on this and when it has happened in two units (1 where I had to be removed from as it was extremely bad), management handled it the best way they could and were helpful through the process. IN My current unit the bathroom ceiling has leaked at-least once each lease. The complex is kept clean for the most part, ...if all the units were updated I’d renew a lease here every year as long as the price makes sense. he gym could use an upgrade, so I prefer going to the gym elsewhere for a fee than what we have here. The location is great as it makes it easier to get to most places I need. The staff overall have been kind, I’ve definitely met some who were just not kind in there, but overall most are nice and been helpful. The maintenance men do a good job coming as fast as possible even- so just be patient!Property Manager Responded

May 24, 2025I've had a generally positive experience living in this apartment community. The management is responsive, maintenance requests are usually handled quickly, and the grounds are kept clean and well-maintained. I appreciate the quiet atmosphere and the friendly neighbors. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops and public transportation. Parking can sometimes be a challenge during peak hours, and I wish the gym had more equipment, but overall, it's a comfortable and safe place to ...live.
