Very Quit place and a respectful neighbors

Worst apartment in area
December 20, 2020Won't answer calls.Dirty, bug infested. Not worth half of what they ask..Rubs will raise the rent dramatically. Need to be shut down. Do yourself a favor look elsewhere..Property Manager Responded

worst place to live!!!
May 22, 2018Do not move into either of these places.. they do not fix anything the women who work the office are rude, never call you back, and are never in the office!! there is a major bug problem that they deny is a problem!!! they over charge you in rent the monthly rent statement does not explain the charges that are on there at all and you cant ask the office chick nothing due to the fact she is never there and if she is she is very rude!! the work number to make complaints of things needing to be ...fixed is not a working number and if you cant get a hold of the office lady then your screwed there is no one else or no other number to help you!!! just dont move here im stuck in my lease and cant wait til it ends im running fast as i can away from here worst place ive ever lived in my wole life!!!Property Manager Responded
December 20, 2019We are sorry you were unhappy with your stay. The office manager works Monday-Friday from 10:00-5:30pm. Work orders are addressed in a timely manner to the best of the technicians ability. The phone number to the work order line is posted on the office door, on the office phone voice mail, as well as page 2 of your lease. Rent is the same amount every month for the duration of your lease, tenants are responsible for RUBS (see paragraph one of your lease).
