June 15, 2018I really am glad I decided to rent from Colony Square! The size of the apartment for the amount that I pay is amazing !! I Haven’t had any problems so far, and I’ve been here since March ! Summer is very patient and willing to help if you get confused! You don’t have to wait to wash clothes the laundry room is open 24hrs 2 pools and definitely in a prime location to get any of your needs. Did I mention that it’s very quiet .. but if you in doubt just try them out !! Thanks summer for my making ...my decision easy!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

its peaceful, calm and clean
April 19, 2016I had an issue with my thermostat/ air conditioning on a weekend. Bright and early Monday morning the service man was there to fix it and was so courteous. He urged me to have called them urgent and they would have been out that weekend. Silly on my part. The grounds are always clean. the staff has been nothing but nice. they have rats

November 19, 2014I have stayed here 10 months and can't wait til my lease is up in march! The newborns aren't a problem, but as far as maintaince goes I have been calling to get one of my toilets fixed, sink, and they have a serious roach problem! The laundry mat doesn't work.
