lived in 3121 WARNING
March 12, 2023Absolut worst experience I have ever had as a renter. They are overrun by bugs(roaches, spiders, ants, etc). They "spray" for them monthly by it does obsoletely nothing because the infestation is back the next day. Old out dated appliances like our continuous leaking washing machine that was never addressed. A TON of black mold in the utility closet they also never addressed. Pool area is dirty on a very consistent basis, enough so you feel obligated to clean it before letting you children use ...it. and they will send your "Damages BILL" straight to collections without sending you the bill or letting you pay over the phone. most of these issues stem from the lackadaisical sorry excuse of customer service from the front office workers. I'd recommend being homeless then ever getting into a contract with them.Property Manager Responded

Just Looking to Just Sold
July 20, 2021My wife and I are considering moving from Michigan to the New Bern area within the next year. So we started looking for places to stay. Our drive led us to this property where we met Ms Ledwell. She greeted us with a smile. After discussing our needs and moving timeline she offered to show us a typical apartment virtually and answered all of our questions including the finishes within the apartment. Her knowledge of the apartment and surrounding community was impressive and comforting. She even ...recommended a restaurant that lived up to the expectation she set forth. My wife and I are going back to Michigan to put in stone when we want to transition away from Michigan. However, we know where we are going to live.Property Manager Responded
