Each unit has central air, a private patio or balcony with attached storage area, washer/dryer, and assigned parking. Many have views of Mattis Park and the lake. Colony West has a variety of amenities such as a swimming pool with large sun deck, tennis courts, basketball area, small children's play area, and clubhouse for small gatherings.
