Top apartment in Wichita
November 18, 2019This is the best apartment for the money you will spend downtown. It’s close to the river and downtown and is the most modern and affordable apartment. It has a great rooftop view and everyone who lives here is always kind and willing to help with anything. It was the best apartment out of 15 I looked for down in Wichita.Property Manager Responded

Excellent Place!
November 18, 2019I've only been here two weeks but have lived in another place owned by the same company. I've experienced nothing but great vibes from the staff here and would recommend it to those are looking for a place not quite in the heart of Downtown or Old Town but just in between those and the river. The view from the rooftop hangout is amazing and the people here are great! Definitely recommend at least you coming and taking a tour!Property Manager Responded

November 18, 2019I moved in to the derby lost 3 months ago and its a really nice and quite place to live in downtown.
