Good staff and spacious homes
May 16, 2021Staff has always been helpful, I have lived here since the reopen and leaving now because need to get son closer to his school. Rent does tend to go up but that is going to happen no matter where you go, especially with how Lakeland is growing. I have not had many issues however when I have they've been quick to take care of the problem. Once my A/C was out (turned out to be a simple fix) but because it was middle of summer and my son has asthma they made sure to make it a top priority to get ...fixed. Management, maintenance and other staff have always been top notch. The grounds are kept clean, residents tend to be slobs and not care enough but the staff and other residents try to keep it clean.
