Ideal for the military student or geographical bachelor. Close to Ft. Leonard Wood. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and retail stores. Internet and Cable TV included in the monthly rate. Columns application process requires a credit report in decent standing, background check, references from former landlords, and proof of employment income. A $50 application fee is required to support the 'checks', however is waived for active-duty military with orders for Ft. Leonard Wood. Columns is a pet-free, child-free, and smoke-free facility. If two individuals occupy a unit, the monthly rate increases $25. The standard and policy for determining financial ability to support your stay at Columns is all expenses, including rent cost at Columns, must not exceed 45% of take-home income. For example: if your net income is $1,000/ month, your expenses including the cost of rent can not exceed $450. We do not accept HUD housing for rent. No pets and no children (under 18)
