About Liberty Park Apartments
We offer 6-, 9-, 12-month leases. After your first lease term, you may go Month to Month for an additional $50.00 per month added onto your rent. We offer the only gated community in the area with top tier camera security systems as well as a resort style pool and a 24-hour fitness center. We have large, spacious units with a walk in closet and full washer/dryer hookups. We offer FREE high-speed internet, water, sewer, trash with a patio or balcony with each unit. We also have a 24-hour laundry facility onsite as well as a grilling area with picnic tables to use at your convenience. We are a pet friendly campus with a dog park and multiple clean up stations around the community. We accept pets up to 25lbs at maturity, unless they are a Service Animal. There is a $300.00 Pet Fee (Non-Refundable) and a flat rate Pet Rent every month of $50.00 per month and there are only 2 pets allowed per apartment. We are located within walking distance to local restaurants, for example, Colton's, El Jimador, Ichiban and other fast-food restaurants. Also, we are located within 5 minutes of the front gate of Fort Leonard Wood. September 28, 2015This complex is great! There are 1-3 bed apartments available. There are also certain apartments that are pet friendly. It is arguably the best complex in the area, and includes water, sewer, trash, cable, and Wi-Fi! Also has an incredible gym and pool. Located right in the heart of town, it is close to all sorts of stores and restaurants. Very friendly, helpful management who will help you find what you're looking for.
