My experience from a random apartment app to find a new place to call home landed at the Colombo’s of Wakefield. I looked at 3 other properties and was in a nice home before here. The appointment to tour was easy to set up, the leasing agent followed up and introduced himself so I would know who was doing the tour. I am a new tenant at the Columns at Wakefield. My experience here has been a good one. The leasing office team members have assisted me and provided guidance when requested. The maintenance team has resolved any issues that I have had. I would definitely recommend the Columns at Wakefield to anyone in search of an apartment in the northern Raleigh area.
