Terrible service, raised rent, bugs, mold.
October 7, 2025In the 13 month lease that I stayed here, my dishwasher broke 3 times, and my dryer twice. Both times it took over a month sometimes 2 for them to do anything about it, leaving me wasting money at laundry mats and washing dishes by hand for much of my stay. One month before my lease ended, they sent me an email that if I were to renew the lease my rent would go up by $200, while every other apartment in the area has lowered their rent. Not being able to afford the new rent, I secured a new ...apartment in a better area with more space and newer appliances. Then I noticed that my move out date was posted as a month after my lease ends and called to address the error. They Then said that I will be expected to pay the month-month rent ($600 more than my usual rent) for the month that I will not live here because I did not give them a 60 day notice of ending my lease, which i only decided to do because of the rent increase specified 30 days before the lease was up. From the day I moved in to the day I moved out I found cockroaches actively crawling in and out of the poorly sealed doors and windows despite the "weekly" pest control that i never saw once. Towards the end of my time here I decided to open up the air filter after noticing a lot of dust build up (they never came to replace filters) and found mold. My wife has had bad allergies ever since she moved in and that would probably explain it. Don't rent here please.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT MOVE HERE!
August 26, 2025Do NOT move here This place is completely infested. My apartment is spotless, but every time a neighbor moves out, I get swarmed with roaches. On top of that, there were mice in our unit! Management doesn’t care — their only “solution” is to send Terminix once a week, and tenants have to pay for it even if it’s an emergency. You can’t get ahold of anyone in the office, and nothing ever gets fixed. We’ve even had to call in a building inspector because the infestations are so bad. Save yourself ...the stress and steer FAR away from this place.Property Manager Responded

May 26, 2025I can not take the amount of insects and spiders on the stairwells, landings, and balconies. I was unable to use my balcony in the year I lived here, and it was a constant source of stress just using the stairs and my entryway. Other residents have shared their fear and distaste of the same situation with me. Next, as mentioned, the staffing level of the maintenance crew is inadequate. They are excellent at what they do, but they need more technicians dedicated to this aging property. Lastly, I ...cannot believe management pushes so hard to have apartments rented out as Air BnBs. It's a huge safety issue allowing transient tenancy. I am extremely uncomfortable with this decision. For all of these reasons, I'm moving out in July. I did not enjoy my time here.
