Terrible Service
April 30, 2023When I moved in, it was clear that the place was not cleaned well since the last person moved out. There was a strong smoke smell, stains all over the carpet, some type of animal poop in the cabinets, and a strong urine smell near the bathroom. Instead of having it professionally cleaned after I told the landlord about the situation, she just had a maintenance guy come in and repair a couple of the broken items and spray some air freshener, refusing to have it actually cleaned well. Toward the ...end of my lease, there was a situation where the lock malfunctioned and they refused to help me until the next afternoon, even though I was locked out of my apartment due to their lock that was having issues. They suggested that I call a locksmith if I want to get in earlier so that is what I did. They had to drill the lock from the door and replace it with a new one. My landlord said that they would put this $200+ bill from the locksmith on my tab which does not make much sense considering it was not my fault that their lock all of a sudden broke. They have yet to officially put this bill on my tab so I am hoping that they do not actually bill me for this. During my stay, I would frequently wake up in the middle of the night to neighbors playing extremely loud music that had a high amount of base. Due to this, I had to move my bed to the living room because it was further away from where the music was coming from. Overall, this was one of the worst living experiences that I have had, and do NOT recommend living in these apartments.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
