      Thank you for your response. We have since added two more spaces for residents with handicap placards/ plates displayed to use. We understand that having ample off-street parking for guests is an amenity that our residents would like to enjoy. We are working with our vendors to help us improve the parking lot and will be looking into assigned parking, which will not only allow management to observe tenants that are over their allotted number of vehicles in the parking lot, but designate spaces for guests.

  • RUN! COCKROACHES BEDBUGS ELECTRICAL ISSUES UNRESOLVED

    You will regret renting here!!!The "remodel" takes precedent over resident housing & safety issues. I have reported WestCal Mgmt, McClennan Court Apartments & Freedom Park Apartments to Health & Safety Code Violations multiple times and some are still pending. Check the current status of COCKROACH & BEDBUG INFESTATIONS if you think you want to live in this “project”. Anyone using the laundry room near the bedbugs is at high risk but mgmt won't let us know status. Cockroaches will go in your ears ...
    and mouth... Serious electrical issues that are addressed haphazardly, at best. Sewer & water are ridiculously high, and they will NOT provide an itemization. It takes nearly a bathtub full of water to even get warm water. Luckily, I had PG&E out for a pilot light check and he found the stove adapter is stacked BUT no leak (yet) and the furnace pilot light was broken (this is a newly remodeled apt). He spent the evening installing the new part after 10 days without heat. I spent 4 days without warm water while they “fixed” the boiler. NO. They threw COCKROACH LADEN MATTRESSES OFF THE 2 FLOOR RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY SCREENDOOR despite multiple calls. Then, they worked overhead 3 of the 4 days during the Thanksgiving Day holiday. And then, while I lay sick in bed, put the COCKROACH LADEN CARPET PAD PERFECTLY AGAINST MY BEDROOM WINDOW. They are now cockroaches in my bedroom, where they were NOT before. I have 24 traps, labeled so I can protect myself. The diseases……

  • WORST APARTMENTS EVER

    WORST APARTMENTS EVER!!!!! I’ve lived here since May. The neighbors are loud at all hours of the night. Kids run past my door all night long. I’ve had 2 different cars that have both been broken into 4 different times in total. They do nothing about it. There is no security company that roams the parking lot. It took them 2 months to finally fix my toilet after telling them it was broken. Took them a month and a half to fix my heater when I told them it didn’t work. And they told me it had a wire ...
    short that they were glad I said something because a fire could have started. I’ve been sprayed for roaches 3 different times since moving in. The management is horrible. The guy doesn’t do anything and just sits there all day long and complains every time someone goes up there and says something about the complex. DONT RENT HERE

    I lived there 4years and the place has improved but not for the price. For the price you could get a 2 br duplex. If you got BIG BUCKS to waste, then move right on in.

I cannot speak for the price when you were living here as ownership and management have since changed, however, the current management team does strive to be within the market parameters for other similar properties in the area. We understand financial constraints and often have move-in specials to provide a bit of reprieve to new residents. We also conduct market surveys before issuing out annual rent increases.     i live here. there are no tennis courts. and its not much of a basketball court. it is a parking lot with one basket on it. there is one pool, but it is shared between two apartment complexes.
