Poor “professional management”

So I am moving to DC in a few months and reached out to Common in regards to renting a co-living space...6 emails 3 texts and 2 phone calls later NO ONE to be found to answer any questions. All you get is automated emails and text stating “they are trying to contact you with no avail” ..you lost my business along with 6 others who I referred but decided to rent elsewhere Common
