January 17, 2021If you enjoy small common spaces for 9-10 people sharing 2 fridges/freezers then this place is for you. As a resident I enjoy the people I live with, but I wish we had more space. Luckily there is technically 3 roof deck areas & I’ve moved the furniture to accommodate our needs. The backyard was just recently raked and thorns have been removed. The cleanings only cover the bathrooms & the kitchen once a week. If you’re looking to not clean up after yourself find another space. Your door does not ...lock from the outside. The app to get into the suite works fine. Suite 1 has 2 people. Suite 2 holds people 2 on the first floor with the kitchen area & tv room. The second floor is full with 4 people. The 3rd floor has 1 room available & the 4 floor is full. Each floor has a washer dryer unit. You’ll share a bathroom. Alternate side parking on our street.
