Terrible Management and maintenance
June 16, 2025The elevator in building 59 doesn't have a current license posted. Trash rooms on each floor are closed. Tenants are responsible for taking their own trash down to the dumpster. None of the computers work. No idea where the "state of the art" gym or fitness center is located. There is always trash in front of the building. Many tenants smoke in their units and you can smell it in the hallways. There are a lot of people younger than 55 who appear to live in the senior buildings. Generally nice ...neighbors though. Lots and lots of pests in most units, especially cockroaches and flying bugs. Not enough washers and dryers and they are often broken. Rules are inconsistently enforced, especially noise and smoking. Very little support or accomodations for seniors or disabled people. Safety is not important or a priority to management!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

They do their best and I can personally attribute to how they can rise above and beyond expectations when issues are more severe. November 15, 2024Management manages effectively, there's so much space here to enjoy the nature surroundings, it is nice to hear and see the youth & elders stirring around alike. Every shopping experience necessary is within a ten mile driving radius. Anthony was skilled, quick, and had impressive professionalism with bathtub and dishwasher issues.
