Cruel management
December 26, 2024I wish I hadn't written this review. I stayed in this apartment for 8 years and I really liked the place. But when I decided to move out, I had a bitter experience. The management wanted me to pay for soot removal on the walls and painting (after 8 years in the house). The soot accumulation on the walls is normal over time and I felt it was cruel after 8 years of tenancy. I wouldn't recommend this place, especially with inflated rents now.Review from Apartments.com
Excellent service
November 10, 2023The Property manager is always available to answer questions and very reassuring. The Maintenace manager and his crew are very professional, timely and the result of their work is impeccable.
