Maintenance Deserves 5 Stars, Office Staff Does Not

I lived here for about three years and, overall, had very few maintenance issues. Repairs such as leaky faucets, toilet problems, and light bulb replacements were handled promptly, and the maintenance team did an excellent job with snow and ice removal. They deserve recognition for their hard work, especially during winter storms.

staff insisting I call instead of responding in writing. Important documents were also misplaced on more than one occasion. After moving out, I had not received my security deposit statement more than 30 days later, so I referenced Ohio law in a follow-up email. Rather than addressing my concern professionally, I received a sarcastic response from the assistant manager stating that "a simple phone call would have sufficed" and that quoting the Ohio Revised Code "does not make the mail move any faster."
The maintenance staff deserves five stars, but the office staff's communication and professionalism significantly detracted from an otherwise positive experience. Judging by their responses to other Google reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue. Instead of arguing with residents online, management would be better served investing that energy into improving customer service and professional communication.
