October 26, 2025Maintenance has been here 3 times and I still have blinds that I cannot open and close. They apparently come in and get them to close, but the very next time I raise it, the same thing happens. I don’t think adequately working blinds is is an extreme request for where I live.Property Manager Responded

The work orders we have put in, which unfortunately have been many, take 2-4 weeks for them to fix, and that is after significant pestering, both online and in person. Even when things are addressed, such as pest control, it’s not addressed in the room we requested, which does not help the situation. August 10, 2025Have lived here going on four years. Love the environment. I am close to my job; can walk. Parks are nearby. Bus transit and soon to be train transit close.
