March 11, 2026Property staff used to be very helpful until they let them all go and brought in a bunch of new staff. We had water leaking into our bedroom from the outside and all they did was come in and pull up the carpet in the one spot and dry it out with a big fan, the carpet still hasn’t been fixed after 2 months.Property Manager Responded

January 17, 2026We love the location and layout of our apartment. We don’t love how the hot water takes forever to warm up and only really works if another faucet is on (depending on which faucet we’re using). We also don’t love how difficult it is to get things fixed. We typically have to put a work order in and then call and stop by the office multiple times before it gets addressed. Even then, a maintenance person will come look at it, confirm it does need fixed, and then come back a day or two later. We’ve ...figured out how to make it work, but it’s a hassle. Also, a warning: the doors are narrower than standard doors, so make sure your furniture will fit in the door before signing a lease.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
