May 31, 2025Our time here has been okay the past 3 years. Some safety concerns and people acting wild at 3am. Things have been a lot better since new management took over. However, it was too late for us and we chose not to renew our lease. We also pay a lot for an apartment that isn’t very nice. Interior needs an update!Property Manager Responded

May 26, 2025We love the location and layout of our new apartment, but there have been some issues since we moved in. Our oven didn’t work, and it took almost a week for them to get it turned on. Apparently they just had to plug it in. Our fridge light doesn’t work, and one of the fridge drawers is broken. We were also promised a washer and dryer in unit, and 10 days after moving in, we still haven’t received it. Our back door also leaks when it rains. We’ve been pretty disappointed with the number of things ...that should have been fixed before we moved in, but weren’t. Hoping that once they are fixed, it will be great.Property Manager Responded

May 21, 2025Overall it has been very quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful with answering all of our questions prior to moving in. Although there are signs everywhere for pet owners to clean up after their pets not many of them do.Property Manager Responded
