August 10, 2025Have lived here going on four years. Love the environment. I am close to my job; can walk. Parks are nearby. Bus transit and soon to be train transit close. July 23, 2025Onboarding experience was great and the community, even though old, is well maintained. It has modern facilities and the environment is serene while the location is awesome. July 23, 2025good layouts, decent pricing, but that’s where my good things end. Roaches coming through the walls, dishwasher doesn’t work, yall don’t replace dog poop bags unless I put in a request for it, TERRIBLE communication. They’ll send things out without proofreading or with no notice. Surprise! You have 2 days to move everything off your patio and keep it inside for painting for a week. Then, we’re going to do patio inspections and we’re looking for minimalist patios or we’ll fine you. Surprise! We ...started parking lot repaving 2 days ago but today at 10 AM we’re sending a notice that your car needed to be moved an hour ago or we’ll tow it. From where? You wouldn’t know, they didn’t include a map or even try to describe from where aside from ‘Phase 3’. I could go on. It’s like yall don’t want anyone to live here and no wonder I keep seeing people move out.
