November 18, 2025Beautiful buidlings, great location. But the apartments are in bad shape on on move in and the kitchen isn't even formatted right. That doesn’t take away from the fact that the renters insurance submission has been an absolute headache because of how specific they want it written. On top of the fact that the apartment wasn’t properly cleaned like I was told it would be and we were welcomed with a slew of issues from broken doors, unconnected water lines to washers, dust coating the floors.
