4415 Spruce Street is a quiet, well-kept building just 4 blocks from the Penn campus. Managed by Campus Apartments, the building has beautiful landscaping, new electronic locks, a laundry room, and small adjacent dog park. The neighborhood is wonderful and vibrant, with several small restaurants just steps away. The location is safe, relatively quiet, well-populated, and well-lit. The apartments have hardwood floors throughout, included utilities except for electricity, ample closet space, ...
spacious floor plans, updated appliances, and affordable rent (especially with the close proximity to Penn). Campus Apartments maintenance workers are very friendly and always close by to fix any issues with exceptional speed and attentiveness. Public transportation is just steps away, as there is a bus stop at 44th and Spruce. In addition, there are 2 grocery stores and a 24-hour CVS within walking distance. This apartment building is perfect for students, but also suitable for small families looking to rent in West Philadelphia.
