MANAGEMENT (GOLD OLLER) DO NOT CARE
May 17, 2024I submitted a service request via the portal over a week ago regarding the malfunctioning AC unit in the unit. Currently, there is no air circulation throughout the space, which is a critical issue as we approach the summer season. I have not received any communication regarding the status of the request or when someone will be coming to inspect the AC unit. It has been over 7 days since the request was submitted, and there has been no update from management regarding the situation. As a result, ...I am facing another weekend without proper air circulation. It is disappointing to see a lack of responsiveness from the management team, as maintenance requests are not being handled promptly. While maintenance staff may be seen relaxing in the office, residents are left waiting for their work orders to be addressed in a timely manner.Property Manager Responded

July 10, 2023I have lived at this property for almost 5 years. The previous years have been amazing but recently with the changes things have been absolutely terrible. The front and back gates are always broken so the “gated community” is wide open. The new app you use to get into the building half work which most of the doors don’t lock anyway so it defeats the purpose. The congestion trying to get on the property it terrible. There is always trash in the parking garage. I have been waiting for maintenance ...now going on 4 months to finish repairs. This place is really going down hill. July 1, 2023Property ownership turnover happens frequently here which in turn leads to frequent property management turnover. It has been more consistent in the last few years. I know they were trying to sell the property recently. We recently went through a string of tires being stolen from cars. Property is not as secure as it is advertised to be. Carpets in hallways are heavily soiled and trash rooms are extremely filthy. Rent is high but apartment is spacious. Complex location is great.Property Manager Responded

June 28, 2023We are in our 2nd year here and no complaints if there is or was an issue that arise the concord staff is very attentive and gets the issue resolved swiftly. June 11, 2023So far it’s great except I have terrible service in some parts even with wifi and my upstairs neighbors are loud and stomp a lot. I also don’t get a lot of sun to my apartment which sucks because I love natural light and my apartment is always freezing because of it. Plus my patio has bugs and dirt falling from upstairs because the cracks in between the wood but. I generally do love this place other than that so far.Property Manager Responded
