Clean, affordable, reliable
April 27, 2017We moved into Concord Place over 7 months ago and I have to say, we were terrified to move to Riverside coming from the OC. Our experience has been excellent and Ms. Isa is a huge plus to this community. She is always on point walking around at random times making sure everything is in order and she is easy to reach out for maintenance repairs, laundry issues, etc. The maintenance guy seems very respectful and knowledgeable of what he does. Bad management
July 31, 2015Lots of issues since new management arrived. Laundry room was always open and one day we were doing laundry and asked to get out because she was going to close laundry room from now on at night. Closed only that day and now everyday since then it's always been opening. Issue with infestations and not taking care of it outside so it is starting to go inside apartment. We Lee a clean apartment and have never had any inside. Doesn't always respond to emails or issues with apartment. Took 5 days to ...get AC fixed during summer with 95 degree weather. Also very expensive for a 1 bedroom considering how much we paid when we first moved in. Looking to love very soon from here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
