This is the worst place to live unless you DESPERATELY NEED TO . Dirty , and the office can careless, they always have attitudes. before going to see this place I heard about the roach problem but didn’t believe it. Then the first day of me going to see inside my apartment... guess what I see roaches, yes more then one then I told the office when was the last time they sprayed the place and they couldn’t give me an exact date. Roaches are just EVERYWHERE. Another problem is the dumpsters when ...

the dumpsters are completely full and you have nowhere to put your trash you either have to leave it in the house or put it outside the dumpsters and risk getting fined 50. They need to have them come at least 2 twice a week, but when they do come they only empty 1 dumpsters and leave them other one. Another problem. THE POOL , is ALMOST ALWAYS dirty or broken, I live by the pool and I always asked them when will it be clean and they always give me a slick answer back. Once I went to the pool and the water was completely green and there were Unattended children at the while the office was open. They do not care if they see one child in the pool while the pool is empty, they will not say anything. MAINTENANCE IS NOT 24 hours (100% lie)

I wish i can find a word to describe, the beauty of this apartment, the staffs, the neighborhood, just the place to live. And the price is very affordable.
