Conifer Crest Apartment - North City

This place has changed owners many times. I lived there for 22 years and the last owner has been there since about 2000. They did nothing to update the place but just kept things working. There was one tenant who kept an old car in the back parking lot. This was an eyesore. I don't know why Mr. Dhaliwal did not have him remove it. Apparently, the new owner is taking advantage of people moving to Shoreline. Shoreline is not what it was once was 35 years ago. It has become very ...
unfriendly and certainly, neighbors at Conifer keep to themselves. It is a very unfriendly atmosphere.
