The last place in Laramie I'd reccomend

This is probably one of the last places I would reccomend renting from. Staff wise there has been 5 property managers in 4 years ( Brad must treat his employees well ). Marcus Baily and Jessica ? Were the two good ones. Now all the paperwork is a complete mess, maintenance requests go unanswered for months, and most units are in shambles. Since the paper work of the tenets is non existent, the newest manager "Jennifer" has taken it upon herself to make sure the current tenants pay for old damaged ...
as well as normal wear and tear, with not a single concern about tenets well being. I suggest current renters retain legal advice before leaving, because she will charge you your whole damage deposit. Or start putting in all Your maintenance requests immediately so you have a paper trail for all the problems your living with. Maybe check back in a few months when a new manager is there. STAY AWAY FROM CONNEMARA!!
