The location and price are ideal, and the staff has gone above and beyond to help with my cable, gas, and even placing packages in my apartment while I was away. The apartment is beautiful—quiet, spacious, and affordable compared to my last place on the East Coast. The amenities and location are fantastic. August 21, 2024 - Review from Apartments.comThis is THE NICEST apartment community in Summerlin. The community is quiet, well maintained, and safe. The management, specifically Sofie and Marina, are always extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help residents in any way that they can. They even organize community events to help residents get to know/mingle with others in the community. The units themselves are beautiful. We are in the two bedroom/loft layout and absolutely love it. It is so spacious, modern, and luxurious. We ...frequently walk to the beautiful park across the street, walk to downtown Summerlin for coffee, or enjoy the beautiful pool/spa area. Our one and only complaint is that there are no elevators, but honestly who cares.
