I would highly recommend NOT living here. The apartments are poorly built, not well kept, and poorly managed. We have lived here for almost 9 months and it has been nothing but a frustrating disaster. Want routine maintenance? You’ll have to leave about 25 messages and put in multiple requests. Having issues with neighbors? Good luck getting that taken care of. Our upstairs neighbors apartment flooded which created a water fall of disgusting water into our kitchen, laundry room, hallway, and ...
guest bedroom. This has left stains all over ceilings and mold growth in the laundry room. The website states the main office is open all day M-F however, not once has someone answered the phone or returned a call. They continue to leave us hanging and living in a damaged unit. They state they care for us and our living conditions, but have yet to show this. The grassy areas outside are constantly filled with pet waste, trash, and mud so check your shoes! The dumpster also never works so there is always trash all over the complex. They do not have it plowed in the winter. Overall this place just sucks.

Move out not pleasant

My college age son did not fully understand the 60 day notice (and rarely checks personal email) so they made him stay an extra month and proceeded to charge almost 3 times the normal rent with no justification except "market rate" --which was not true. Then charged $50 on move out for a closet door that would not stay on its tracks.

I have lived here at Copley for a little over a year now and I just have to say there is no better apartment staff than here. Lauren in the office is the nicest, most considerate person and she takes care of absolutely everything. Jesse on maintenance is on it all the time and I never have to wait long at all for my requests to be completed. They recently renovated my apartment at no cost and it is STUNNING. 1000% recommend.

Bad experience

The morning I signed the lease, the rent drops 5% that afternoon. The second day I moved in, it drops another 5%. It would not be this frustrating if price changed one week later. Before applying this apartment, you might need to learn some stock investing skills since large fluctuation could ruin your experience here.

As indicated by the reviews, this was previously a great place to live. New ownership took over April 2022 and the complex has since been abandoned. There is no access to amenities and no one at the office, so you must now pick up packages from the post office. There is also no lawn care, no new flowers, with the exception of the grass which is so neglected it has started to bloom. The only way to contact a representative is a drive to a neighboring complex, as phone numbers have been blocked ...
and emails go unanswered. I have lived here since the complex opened, and will be vacating as soon as my lease expires…or sooner if I could find someone to contact.

Great Place with Great Customer Service

We have been staying at Copley Park temporarily during a home renovation and the staff has gone above and beyond to ensure our stay was a pleasant one. If an issue popped up, they were quick to help resolve it as best they could and Beau, in particular, has been a tremendous help throughout our stay. The pool was great in the warmer months and the gym is very convenient to use, as well. We highly recommend Copley Park, whether you are in need of a short-term or long-term residence.

So glad I found this place! I moved here somewhat apprehensively and with pretty high expectations due to loving my previous complex. From the moment I got in contact with Copley Park staff, Erin & Beau have been amazing. They’re super responsive and friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure residents’ needs are met. The complex itself is in a great spot—slightly in the cut, but close to absolutely everything. It’s is smaller and quiet, grounds are kept clean, and neighbors are respectful. ...
Apartments are spacious, yet cozy. Parking is never an issue. Maintenance responds quickly and thoroughly. Utilities are through smaller subsidiary companies, but not bad. Highly recommend!
