apartment complex is trash

Staff never answers phone, maintenance never fixes anything, the amenities are non existent other than the furniture. NO FREE PARKING AS ADVERTISED ON WEBSITE. Guest have to pay hourly to stay. Staff is forgetful and will tell you anything to get out of their face. If you want to stay somewhere cheap this is the place but if you are looking for somewhere that can handle things, not take away the entire basketball goal for going on a year now (which is also an perk they advertise) or care about ...
the residents this is just not the place.
