The units themselves aren't bad but the area can be annoying. There is no attempt at soundproofing the units so you will hear every noise your neighbors make. People playing loud music late at night, smoke alarms constantly chirping because people are too lazy to replace their batteries, tons of barking dogs, the sand and gravel pit directly behind it doesn't help either. Always smells like cigarettes and weed, and management does not enforce the no smoking rules so be prepared for smelling that ...
most nights. Other then that it's not bad. Just be prepared for management to not be helpful/unresponsive. They don't really care about doing their jobs there. Honestly, I don't blame them. Seems like that gig sucks. The maintenance guys are cool though.
