This is not all by far unfortunately the worst part about it is when you move in they state that they change the locks however they do not and anybody can get in that had access to the key with the previous resident. I have proof of this in the fact that I have found writings that I have never written and items put in different places in my apartment, I have even had food containers cut open on the sides with a knife. Unfortunately I do not have the money to have them change my locks as I have been between jobs just working low paying warehouse positions to make ends meat.Oh and that's not all they even go so far as to knock on the glass of your patio window at all times of the day, so in short if you keep to yourself allot (like me) its not the place for you.
