The Office Staff are always pleased to assist in any way. The Assistant Manager, “Kena” is amazing, efficient, and delightful! She has gone ‘way beyond’ in helping me get situated here at Copper Ridge. The Community itself is clean, quiet and beautifully landscaped with lots of activities for those that wish to be involved. Maintenance and office has been great to work with and responds to needs promptly; however, although the property may be peaceful during the day, the evenings noise is just too much for me - in between the upstairs neighbors stomping and banging and the excessive noise from the nearby street -it is not exactly very pleasant. And the security gates seem to be open now all the time (again) and makes the property less desirable and an amenity which ...residents may be paying for but not receiving. April 30, 2025The living experience itself is great. It is quiet for the most part, my doggo and I love the walks- there is more greenery than I have seen at an apartment complex in a long while. Amenities are great, the office team is top tier, Kylie S. helped get me moved in and she's always so friendly when I see her. I love that she organizes events for the community Yay for National Beer and Pizza Day! (free pizza and beer!).
