February 4, 2026I have no real complaints about living here. Small complaint is the exit gate doors- after the locks were changed, my key doesn’t automatically unlock the gate. Supposedly it was fixed but I still have trouble and I’ve voice this to the office. I was given a run around answer. But other than that, I’m happy here.Property Manager Responded

February 3, 2026living downstairs has it advantages And disadvantages. Just a thought -segregate family units from adult units. Neighbor(s) upstairs have child that I can hear running beginning at 3:30 am until the time I leave for work. Constant banging and dropping of objects also constant and not cool. Trash around building 3 is sad. Neighbors don't take pride in their community to not litter or pickup after themselves. I am constantly picking up trash as I get out of car or take my trash to ...dumpster. Apartment complex overall has nice appearance and amenities. Proud to call it home and being gated is a plus with the remote gate opener is very nice. I understand the problems with old buildings - hence the broken pipes or boiler issues every other month. Staff good to notify of issues and provide updates. Traffic is so bad on Staples though that it is very noisy.Property Manager Responded

January 30, 2026Nice apartments, neat gym, beautiful pool. Down side is not being given a heads up on when maintence or pest control were scheduled to service upon request in advance.Property Manager Responded
