Sensible but Outdated

A sensible location on the outskirts of the Champaign, IL area. A walk away from a local community college and a park. The apartments themselves although built in 2012, and are in new ownership as of 2023 the aesthetic is of the 1990s. Community is another, neighbors are quite noisy, more so than any other apartment complex we've been apart of. Communal living should be of mutual respect, care and acknowledgment for your neighbors.

Parkland Point is a one of a kind of place live that centrally located and affordable within the Champaign-Urbana area. Staff is very helpful, caring and level of care is provided to each resident on a personal basis.

Parkland Point is a safe, fun, and clean place to live. Its’s super close to Parkland College which makes it so easy to get to class. The property is well maintained and maintenance is always willing to help. Friendly staff and great people!

Parkland Point does a great job of making residents feel safe! The friendly staff make it easy to put in maintenance requests, get new parking stickers, etc. Being right next to Parkland College is also a plus!
